- Order number (found in your order confirmation email or under "Your Orders" in your account).
- Reason for the return or exchange.
You have up to 14 business days from the date of receipt to submit your return request. Our team will review the request based on return eligibility criteria.
2. Prepare Your Return Package
- Ensure all original packaging and accompanying materials are included.
- Our carrier will schedule a pickup at a convenient date and time.
3. Receive Your Refund
- Once we receive your item, please allow 5 business days for processing and review.
- Upon approval, a confirmation email will be sent.
- The refund will be processed within 2 to 3 business days after verification of the product.
- Damaged or used items cannot be refunded, and personalized jewelry (such as engraved pieces) cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchange (Available Only in the Euro Zone)
To exchange an item purchased from our website, we must first issue a refund for the original order. Since each piece of jewelry has a unique engraving number, a new invoice and payment must be processed for the replacement item.
